After dreaming all day about shooting the moon with the beautifully clear sky we had been having, I decided I’d park outside the stair case and fling through a few shots of the moon, attempting to perfect my settings with the 300mm. After a few shots I realised Jupiter was actually really close, close enough to get a shot with the moon. This is the result. Canon 400D. Tamron 75-300mm. ISO 400, f/11, 1/5sec.
